For those who lose a loved one to a terminal illness, the grieving process can begin long before the person actually passes away. The range of emotions in that time are complex and the priority becomes caring for and spending time with the person who is dying. Updating friends + family during this time has been made easier through organizations like Caring Bridge + Care Pages.

Caring Bridge + Care Pages offer free websites that can be used to share the latest medical updates, stories, and memories with those who need and want to know more. Additionally, writing about what is happening can be a helpful part of appropriately dealing with grief.

For more information or to create your own website, please visit Caring Bridge or Care Pages.
