Join the Clubhouse

Our flagship Clubhouse programs are provided at no cost to children, teens, and their families throughout Georgia. Please note: Full membership process cannot be completed until at least 2 months after parent, sibling, or caregiver death.

    Application
    Submit online or via paper application. You will then receive a welcome email with next steps.

    Parent/Caregiver Phone Interview
    Our informal phone interview allows us to learn more about your family and needs.

    Bereavement Needs Assessment
    This assessment for children ages 8 and older allows us to better understand your child's needs.
  • 4
    Family Orientation
    Parents, caregivers, and members attend an introductory program with other families new to Kate’s Club.
