8th Annual Cabaret – Friday August 19th!
Save the date for Kate's Club's biggest event of the year! Kate’s Club 8th Annual Cabaret will be on Friday, August 19th. This year we will be transforming Atlanta's Buckhead Theater, located at 3110 Roswell Road, Atlanta, GA 30305, into a whimsical night at the Moulin Rouge. With fabulous silent auction items, entertainment and mystery boxes abound, there will be no shortage of surprises at this year’s Cabaret. Guests will enjoy gourmet nibbles and ABSOLUT cocktails while listening to the live sounds of musical guest U.S. Beat. You won’t want to miss out on all the food, drinks, dancing and fun! Grief Awareness Day
On March 1, 2011 the State Legislature of Georgia + City of Atlanta declared it Grief Awareness Day. Kate's Club board members, family, friends, and LEAD 2011 class members joined Representative Elena Parent on the House floor before the declaration was read. To commemorate the day on Saturday, February 26th, 2011 through a partnership with Trees Atlanta, family and friends of Kate's Club planted trees in the Grove Park neighborhood. Prior to the event Councilmember Ivory Lee Young, WNBA star Ivory Lee Young, and Kate Atwood shared their stories with the crowd. In addition to these events, a Grief Awareness Blog was created to communicate important information in dealing with grief. Annual Dinner of Champions Toasts 2011 Honorees
Held on Wednesday, March 23rd, 2011 at the Fabulous Fox Theatre, the 6th Annual Dinner of Champions was a great success! A sold out evening with over 150 attendees enjoyed dinner provided by Affairs to Remember, great wine, an exciting auction & awards ceremony hosted by Kate’s Club Founder, Kate Atwood and V-103’s Frank Ski. Congratulations to the 2011 Kate’s Club Dinner of Champions honorees – Rabbi Alvin Sugarman, The Ohlhausen Family, Anteo Group, Misty Alexander and Kaitlyn Benitez. View pictures from the event here.
Seventh Annual Kate’s Club Cabaret sells out to rave reviews!
Held on Friday, August 20th at the W Atlanta Downtown, the seventh annual Kate’s Club Cabaret was a sold-out event emceed by Bert Weiss and Suchita Vadlamani. Guests enjoyed signature cocktails, dined on gourmet cuisine, gambled in the casino lounge and packed the dance floor. Click here for photos from the event.

Sixth Annual Kate’s Club Cabaret sells out to rave reviews!
Held on Friday, August 21st at the W Atlanta Downtown, the sixth annual Kate’s Club Cabaret was a sold-out event emceed by Mark Hayes and Bert Weiss. Guests enjoyed signature cocktails, dined on gourmet cuisine and packed the dance floor. A highlight of the evening came when Founder, Kate Atwood and special guest, former “Bachelorette” DeAnna Pappas, took the stage with US Beat for a lively rendition of “Proud Mary.” Click here for photos from the event.
